2. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Personal Information collected from the concerned individuals is processed with the sole purpose of doing administrative, accounting and tax management, as well as direct marketing and improvement of our products and/or services.

 

3. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to carry out the purpose for which we collected it. If we have had no online contact from you for 5 years, we will delete your Personal Information.

PANTEA GROUP legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

PANTEA GROUP may process your personal data because:

5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information collected may be provided to:
– Other companies in the PANTEA GROUP with the sole purpose of doing administrative, accounting and tax management.
– Other companies in the PANTEA GROUP for direct marketing purposes and for improvement of our products and/or services, as long as the user has given his prior consent.

In response to a request from law enforcement authorities or other government officials.

6. SENDING DATA OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

We do not transfer your Personal Information to countries outside the European Union.

 

7. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We use appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect the information collected from you. Please note that unfortunately, no organization can guarantee the absolute security of information, especially when information is transmitted over the internet.

9. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

Personal information processed by PANTEA GROUP has been obtained from the concerned person.
Types of data which may be collected:
– Your e-mail and postal address.
– Commercial information.
– Identification details of the customers.

We are not treating any kind of sensitive personal information, such as: data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation of a natural personal.
